The Struggle...

Vez had somehow been separated from his, partner and with that he found himself lost in the jungle, alone. He himself had no sense of direction when forced out into the wilderness like this, and unfortunately he would be in this area for a while. It was dark, the sun had gone down, and he was freezing... he wanted to curse his humanity for this brief moment because he honestly felt terrible. He had been attacked twice now, feeling broke and defeated he laid down a rock and felt like giving up on himself and his dreams.

The wind blew violently as the bushes and plants rustled he opened a single eye to several eyes glowing in the darkness. He angrily stood up and looked around, for something he could grab onto and use as a weapon. "Alright now you get lost... I am not having any of your shit today" He picked up a small pebble and flung it at the bush, only to have a coyote jump out at him. It gnawed away at his arm as he started to beat it with his stick over and over again. The animals grip only tightened when he began to draw blood. Vez began to punch the beast and when it really started to help he had trouble holding back his screams. "Help!" He was far too drained after everything else he had been through to fight of this creature, and he could see more of them, emerging from the darkness.

Vez let loose some panting before, trying to catch his breath. He looked up blurry eyes at the person who had saved him. He weakly reached onto and grabbed the shoulder of Mero to pull himself up, in doing so he had sapped a tad bit of energy from him, not enough to be noticeable though. He was holding on as his body was still weak, he was hungry without food and he had already been stranded for longer than he could remember. He coughed a bit, still catching his breath. "Yes...." He was wheezing, and clearly he didn't know it but he was knocking on deaths door. He was in pretty bad shape. He let himself plop down to the ground gently and leaned his head against a large rocky surface. "Sover...?" He mumbled something but due to his voice box cracking it sounded wheezy and unclear.

He angrily his himself, and then mumbled something else... "Access... Thema...." His eyes began to glow as a beam of light shot from one eye and right towards the radio tower he had originally been planning to go to. "Food... Shelter... Medical supplies..." They were not far from it, but He himself was in no shape to make the journey alone.

Ryora had made quite the life for herself in the jungle. It felt more like home than Sovereign did. She had made something of a treehouse to keep herself from the dangers that lurked around the area at night. Living out here wasn't as dangerous if you knew how to take care of yourself. But then what would the common toaster know about fighting for their life? Such questions were far from her mind though as she rested in the crevice of a tree limb near her house. She was making objects out of the clouds when she heard a commotion not too far from her.

"Trouble in the jungle? Maybe another fire detector." Ryora quickly grabbed up her katana and descended the tree in a flash. She hit the ground running. As much as she hated company from time to time, she wouldn't let someone die while she was around. Another noise, something...a slight shift in the air then she spied a beam of light directed towards a radio tower. "That must be where the problem resides." She started towards the tower and reached the edge of the compound without too many issues. Now, she needed to find out if anything hostile was around. "Hello? Did someone call for help around here?" She made a point to stay hidden, just in case.

Vez had slightly passed out while he was being carried, when he woke back up he was back in the radio tower. He looked around only to see Mero in the darkness. "Who are you" He said with a weak sleepy voice, he then shocked him and his eyes lit up like flashlights, they illuminated the immediate area. He looked around more and his eyes snapped to the entrance where Ryora had been standing. His high beams were on so the light was extremely bright. "Who goes there..." Vez was obviously extremely spooked... something had been pursuing him for certain... He was not sure who it was, but anyone he didn't see directly he assumed at the moment was a potential threat, he knew whatever was after him was something that could control animals.

He had gained enough energy to be able to access the multiple archives he had, stored on his hard drives. "Access Database... Execute Thema Divinity!" Several Mask appeared hovering around his body, each one with a different expression, and each one had a glow where the eyes had been it was a white light that helped bright the area around him. He weakly got on his feet paranoid of what was outside, when all of a sudden he felt a pebble land on his head. In the darkness he felt a warm breath against the nape of his neck. He looked looked at Mero "What is your name!?" He had an angry expression as if this was the last situation he wanted to be in, the sound of claws stepping into the ceiling and breaking through the concrete and steel could be heard, the steps were moving rapidly as if something was on its way.

Ryora remained hidden outside of the tower. She heard more voices and still refused to show herself. Something else had arrived, but she couldn't tell what or who it was. She could make out just the edges of some kind of figure on the roof of the towers main building. She was getting ready to warn the current inhabitants when she heard a low whine followed by a shock wave. She covered her ears and was knocked back slightly as a shock wave emanated from the radio tower. The sudden burst had left her disoriented and unaware of her surroundings. She had never experienced such a force before. "What is going on in there?"

Vez quickly covered his ears and dived to the ground in order to avoid the noise. He then began to low crawl towards the exit, knowing for certain that he was in immediate danger. The ceiling began to crack as several spiders came crashing to the floor. They were robotic in nature similar to the insects from before, orange eyes and wires. There legs were enhanced with sharp ends, use for destroying hard surfaces made of metal. The instant they hit ground level they were slightly immobilized by it, some of the spiders reacted differently though, a few them would harmonize with the sound and would rapidly vibrate causing their sharp ends to thrust into the ground further causing them to accidentally dig, while other could be heard hissing in pain. A few of the bigger spiders on the other hand went right for Mero attempting to put a stop to the sound. They began to fire a web at him in an attempts to muffle the sound.

One of the insects we right for Vez, but the leader of Sovereign was not without his own abilities. "Copy!" One of the masks he had revolving around him scanned the spider that had been attacking him. "Paste!" Vex then took the mask and placed it on his face, Accessing the Asura Archive, Execute its Thema... Rage!" Vez's body began to change as he grew six extra pair of arms. He grabbed each one of the spiders front legs and broke them, leaving the spider unable to move correctly. He would then continue to low crawl towards the exit, while still covering his ears.

By the time Ryora had recovered from the blast, she could hear the sound of a fight going on. Her hand flew to the hilt of her katana and she moved from behind the rocks infront of her. At first she saw several mechanical spiders scaling the building, and some had decided to notice her. She wouldn't wait to see if they were friendly or and and drew her sword. The first few jumped at her, and she made quick work of them before the could harm her. One tried to jump from behind and it would have gotten her if she didn't grab it and shock it quickly. The spider fell limp in her hand and she threw it to the side as the others ran away, back to the top of the tower.

Once she returned her attention to the front of the tower, she saw an eight-armed man crawl out. She took a step back and held her katana at the ready. Was this their leader? What was he? "Who are you?! Did you unleash these things?! Answer me or I will strike you down!"

Vez had made it out of the building safely, only to see more spiders climbing up towards the top of the tower to do what, he had no idea. He then turned to see a samurai-esque character threatening him for information. He held up all his arms in a form of peace as the arms all fell off his being and became mud like. "No I didn't unleash them... they were after me... but it looks like that is over now...." He was nervous, slightly scared as another odd character had shown up in front of him with no hint as to what purpose they had. He was slightly at ease though, because he knew this person was not out to kill him and neither was Mero.

He stood up slowly, and hesitantly making no sudden movements. He held his hands in the air indicating he was not doing anything suspicious and his mask began to collide with one another in a vibrant white light. They all then vanished in in a combustion of force. A small gust of wind blew towards the person holding a sword at him, and the light was now gone. He tried to put on a smile but his face couldn't help but twitch as he was more afraid then he was happy.
